~ Re-heating Instructions ~


TURKEY

  1. Place in a oven proof vessel and bring to room temperature for 60-90 minutes before reheating.

  2. Preheat oven to 375.

  3. Add some stock, white wine or a touch of water and gravy to the ovenproof vessel, place in the oven and heat for approximately:

    • 1⁄2 turkey - 40 - 60 minutes uncovered (Note - check thigh to make sure it's properly heated through as we slightly undercook the bird and add time in 10 minute increments if necessary)

    • Whole turkey - 60 - 80 minutes uncovered (Note - check thigh to make sure it's properly heated through as we slightly undercook the bird and add time in 10 minute increments if necessary)

    • Porchetta, Ham, Brisket, Sliced Turkey - 30 - 40 minutes covered

  4. Let rest for 15 minutes covered with foil.

STUFFING

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Cover with foil and heat for 40 min then remove foil and continue for 10 min

  3. For a crispier stuffing, broil for 3-5 min

GRAVY

  1. Slowly bring to a light boil on medium-low heat in a pot and turn off. Whisk to make sure it doesn’t catch on the bottom.
